Vaccine Information 
BKHC is now offering COVID-19 vaccinations for children from the age of 6 months to 18 years. The CDC recommends everyone ages 5 years and older to get a booster. The CDC also recommends people ages 12 years and older who are severely immunocompromised get a second booster.

- Pfizer (6 months – 18 years)
- Pfizer Booster (5 years – 18 years)
- Moderna (6 months – 5 years) (12 years – 18 years)
- Moderna Booster (12 years – 18 years)
Vaccination Hours
Every Thursday and Friday, from 11 am to 6 pm, our clinic provides Pfizer and Moderna vaccinations for children ages 6 months to 18 years. Children DO NOT have to be B.K.H.C. patients, and appointments DO NOT have to be made.
